Safety cover

Dear sir: I bought a new safety cover for my in ground pool, i am going to place on the dirt, how deep have to be the hole.

I think in my previous posting I did not explained myself well. What I meant is, I will be digging the holes in the ground for the anchors, how deep they should be.

Loop-Loc sells 15" aluminum pipes that you insert the standard brass anchor in one end and pound it into the ground (with wood to protect the anchor or use a rubber mallot) Regardless you don't dig a hole you just hammer it into the ground.
