New to the forum and pools in general. We're looking to build our first here in Dallas/Fort Worth and have gotten bids from several different contractors, including Blue Haven. May have some questions concerning others, but thought I'd ask about Blue Haven first since they are a national builder. Looking to build 85-90' perimeter play pool, about 13-14K gallons and a spa, flagstone coping, a smallish (1-2 ton) water feature and a darker colored gunite. Since this is our first pool, we're new, so any input is appreciated.
