How to post a Picture from Flickr

Ok - I must be doing something wrong. I've read the post that give step by step directions on how to post pictures, using Flickr as an example, but when I try it, all I see is a image box with a red "X" in it.

and if I try to post it as in Img:

Any ideas? I see that I have is ON in the options.

Also - I am using IE 8 on this computer at work.

You have to paste a link directly to the image in the IMG tag, not to a web page. It needs to end in ".jpg"
