Polaris Pool Cleaner gets stuck

Hello All,

My Polaris pool cleaner very often gets stuck as shown in the attached photo. Has anyone experienced this problem and have a solution?

I had adjust the hose floats to keep mine from tangling. I have put two hose floats a little closer to the swivel which keeps them from getting tangled. You also may consider adding another swivel.

If that doesn't work, you may want to consider replacing the swivel ball bearings. This post has a youtube video on how to replace bearings:

Thanks kcindc for the information. On your advice I ordered two new swivels from Amazon.com and replaced them in my hose today and the cleaner is working perfectly again!
