Pool draining and FC levels

Because of time constraints and my job, I started draining the pool yesterday after a good vacuuming. The FC level was still about 5 yesterday when I started draining. Do I need to rinse the inside of the pool once it's drained? Does it even matter what the FC was at?

No, you shouldn't have too, that is a very low concentration of FC.
