Cloudy Water

Pool was just completed about 10 days ago has been filled since and filter has been running 12-18 hours a day everyday since trying to balance water and clear it up. The water chemistry is pretty close I think but I am still moderately cloudy which you can really see in the deep end. At night with the light on you can see very small particles throughout the water. Looking for advice before I try and solutions.

Pool: 24,000 gallons vinyl, VS pump,, IC-40 SWG, sand filter.

PH: 7.5
CL: 6.0 (high I know, but coming down)
CC: 0.0
TA: 90
CH: 140
CYA: 20
Salt 2800 PPM.

You may just need some more filter time. A sand filter will filter better when it gets a little dirty. If it still won't clear you can add a little DE to the filter. pool-school/add_de_to_a_sand_filter

Your CYA level should be 70-80 ppm for your SWG.
What test kit are you using ?
