Not exactly. We say it is safe to swim when the FC > minimum and < SLAM level based on your CYA level and you can see the bottom.

The minimum for a CYA of 95 is a FC of 7ppm and you are only at 2ppm.

So confused....I looked at the CYA chart, minimum FC etc and thought I was about there. Are you including the TC to come up w the 2ppm? If so, how do you figure that? Did add another 2 jugs bleach this afternoon.

On the chlorine/cya chart for a 90 ppm cya, the minimum FC is 7 ppm.

For all practical uses, 1.93= 2ppm

By the way that test may show a resolution of 0.01 ppm, but the accuracy is much larger than that.
