auto pilot Dig-220?

I just purchased it this season. I can't find the owners manual right now and I want to get the chlorine down to zero so I can do a vitamin C treatment for stains. How do I shut it down? I tried hitting the down arrow for chlorine % but it only went down to 9%.

You should also be able to drop it down to 0%.

Thanks guys.....for some reason it would only go down to 9% but today I did get it down to zero.
