Swimming can slow down the SLAM process, but if the water is clear enough to see swimmers in the deep end, and the FC is below your SLAM level (20 ppm) then it is safe to swim.
Oh, and for 1, 50 is fine, just make sure you test again in a hour.

You can swim up to your FC level (for your cya level) so that would be up to a FC of 20 ppm.

The FC does not seem to be increasing even though after test 4 I added about 50 oz of bleach. Water is crystal clear.

Your chlorine is being used up by organics between the time you added it and the time you tested. Keep going with the SLAM process, you are killing stuff!

Correct. The FC is falling more slowly in between tests, and that means you're making progress.

Decided to jump in the pool and pull the light out and see if their was hidden Algae. Guess what - I found some thick Algae around the inside of the light and around the inside seal. I then took out the skimmer flaps and found a little stuck to the floats. All clean now.
I just did a test and FC is down

Good job. You found the stuff that was consuming your chlorine. Light niches and ladders/steps nooks/crannies are notorious hiding spots because they don't get much flow at all. Keep maintaining your shock level until you pass all 3 criteria
1) Water is clear
2) CC .5 or less
3) OCLT of 1 or less
My guess is once you got that algae in the water and the chlorine can get to those areas you won't have long to go.
