Go to the User Control Panel (link is at the top-left of the screen) and then choose "Profile." Once you're on the profile page, there is a link to Edit Signature. The signature is what appears at the bottom of each post, as long as you have the checkbox enabled that says "Attach a signature" which appears under the window into which you type your posts.
