So my FC shock level is 13 ... Its at 13 tonight , now i should maintain 13 until the overnight chlorine drop is minimum 12?

If your asking about the OCLT test, then FC of 12 would be your 1ppm loss over night.
So in the morning if its lower than 12 i should raise it back to 13 everyday until its 12+ in the morning?
How long have you been SLAMing ? You want to test as often as you can and raise it back to SLAM level when it falls below SLAM level.
Your done SLAMing when
1 water is crystal clear
2 CC of 0.5 or less
3 OCLT test of 1 ppm or less

My water had been a little hazy , been losing about 3ppm per night

You can swim in FC levels up to SLAM level. Unless water is so cloudy you can't see the bottom. Safety first !!
