Since you are a professional competitive BBQer, and seem to have some 'equipment' on the patio , what did you cook

If 'cook' is the wrong term, I apologize in advance.

I kept it fairly simple this weekend and warmed up 4 racks of ribs that I had previously cooked, I also did a 7 pound shoulder for pulled pork. And also some steaks and burgers.
