Is this Polyquat-60?

Sorry if this is out of line. I am ordering a new pool cover and I thought while I was at it I'd order some Polyquat 60 for when I close the pool. Does anyone know if this is PQ-60? I can't find the ingredients listed or get a close enough shot of the item photo. "Pool Supply World PSW-CHY115 Algaecide 60 ZAPPER Non-Metallic "
