Use hydrolic cement to repair crack?

I have loved all the great info on this cite but could not find a thread specific to my problem. The water table near my pool is very high because we are in somewhat of a marshy area. I would like to use the hydraulic cement but I am not sure if the water table level ever gets below the crack in the bottom of the shallow end wall. Any advice would be very much appreaciated.

Hydraulic cement can be used on active (flowing water) cracks, so you should be ok with using it for repairs to your deck. While it can be used in your pool, I would suggest that you talk to a professional about getting that type of crack repaired, since you didn't specify where your problem is, or where you live.
