Hayward tristar pump now only runs on low speed

I had to take apart the pump to put in a new shaft seal. The leak is gone but now the motor will only run on low even when I switch to high speed any ideas?

did you get the wiring back on the right terminals in the motor?

I didn't have to take any wiring off. I didn't change anything wiring related

Might want to check the wiring as that is the only possible cause. Maybe the movement doing the seal popped something loose.

Ok I figure it out. It appears while I was holding the shaft with the wrench I must have broke one of there two arms which causes it to not hit the contact point. Now where do I get it or do I need the whole thing? Here are some pics

Google the manufacturer of the motor. I'm sure they will help. I have no idea.

I have not seen a switch like that on a motor, so I am not even sure what to suggest.
