Updated my Screenlogic Protocol Adapter, now it won't work

Recently got the Screenlogic completed on our new pool - been working from PC and iPhone fine for past 2 weeks. Today, I updated the Protocol Adapter to latest version and installed .713 software on my PC so I can use my Android phone. Now I can not connect from my PC (name no longer populates) or my iPad, or my Android. THere is a red light on the protocol adapter - not sure it was there before. Rebooted PA, no change.

Any ideas?? :rant: :rant: :rant: Pentair's website is not much help.

I called Pentair Tech Support (who answered in <10 seconds.) The Protocol Adapter lost it's name during the update, which seems like a common problem. They downloaded a utility file to rename my adapter, and all was working within 15 minutes. :)
