Any recommendations on pool house toilet? Reason being, the distance to main sewer is lengthy and expensive for tie end. Do they make toilet without needing traditional grade sewer line?

I'll agree, several items in that quote are way above "premium" pricing.

I'd do a little research and negotiate.

Sign papers today, went with Bid #1. Most experience of the four. Being a newbie, any changes I need?

Dimensions: 15x30 =pool & spa 10'x6' recessed steps 3 - 5- 3 depth

Structural Specs: Sidewalks, decks and patios will consist of concrete not less than 5 sacks of cement per cubic yard reinforced with #3 rebar. Pool structure will consist of pneumatic concrete (gunite) not less than 6 sacks of cement per cubic yard reinforced with #3 (3/8) rebar on 8" centers
with 4, #4 (1/2) rebar in the perimeter beam

You can get a lift pump for your pool house waste line -- that may solve your problem but a long run is a long run.

It is interesting you bid has equipment from 3 different manufacturers, Pentair, Jandy and Hayward. Is there a reason for this? Generally, Pentair and Jandy (and I think Hayward) extend the one year warranty to three years if you purchase 3 of their products together from an authorized distributor.

The Rainbow chlorinator uses tabs. This site strongly discourages tabs except if you are on vacation. Most here strongly recommend the use of liquid chlorine. Liquid automated chlorine systems are more expensive and complex but don't add other chemicals to the pool which cause other problems.
