Bought a 10 feet easy up pool for the grandkids they loved it last weekend when they stayed over.after they left we put the cover on and forgot about it four a couple of days took the cover of and the the water was dark green my wife read on another site about bleach so she added two 750ml bottles of thick bleach to it and ran the pump for most of the day the water now looks clear.will this hurt the dog cause she keeps drinking the water n other chemicals have been added. :hammer:

Occassionally no.....constantly is not a good idea....for the dog OR you! Any CYA in there? Ph level? TA level? It is easy with a test kit we recommend. Welcome! Spend some time in pool school and arm yourself.

Did your test kit come in? pH readings are inaccurate when the chlorine level is above 10. If you post a full set of results, we can help with what to do next.

checked it with a digital ph meter not test strip
Good quality digital ph meters are not affected by high FC levels. However, they are expensive and need frequent calibration.
