Hi

If you know your cya value and your fc level you can calculate the chlorine dosage to increase your chlorine.

My chlorine level was 1 it increased to 3 using 5 ltr of 12% liquid chlorine.

Question, can the cya level now be calculated.

Not sure I understand the question. CYA doesn't change by adding liquid bleach.

My mistake I am not able to test my CYA yet thought it could be calculated using other chemical data

It doesn't matter how much CYA you have, if you add a specific amount of chlorine it will raise the FC by a set amount. The killing potential varies based on how much CYA you have, but the amount of FC it adds is bases strictly on volume of the pool, volume of the chlorine and concentration of the chlorine.
