Safety rope anchors

I have aquired a gunnite pool with my new house and would like to install a safety rope. Can I drill into the beam wall above the waterline and install a SS eye bolt with a lead anchor??





25000 gunnite. Pentair sand filter 1 hp pump TFT 100 test kit
