TF-100 Mixed Chlor. Results??

I followed directions to a T ::

When i do a 25ml sample : i get 4.2 FC (21drops to clear x 0.2= 4.2)
10ml sample : i get 5.0 FC (10drops to clear x 0.5= 5.0)

Why the inaccuracy???

Well, the test is accurate to +/- 10% always, since we can't be sure every drop is exactly the same size. I'd say those results agree. They're certainly close enough to not be concerned about it.

did you use enough powder in the 25ml sample? I believe it requires more powder than the 10ml sample just due to the extra water. Sure I will be corrected if that statement is wrong.

Also your chlorine test with the 10ml sample could have been anywhere from barely over 4.5 to 5.0

I have both Taylor K-1515 chlor/cc test kit and the TF-100 kit ... Going to do both today when i get home see how they compare...

You are just going to drive yourself nuts trying to compare various. Pick a kit and be consistent and trust the results. What are you hoping to gain with the comparisons?
