Do you think someone would modify the pool calculator to add 8.25% bleach in a 121 oz jug? I'm not so bright with math, so this would surely help. I am trying to get my FC from 14 to 24 and can't figure it out without the calculator (thus I'm using the 128 oz calculation). And, I also saw that after adding MA you need to let it circulate for at least one hour. Is this true?

Probably an obvious answer but why does jug size matter? Aren't we adding the same number of ounces no matter what size container it came out of?

You're definitely right. I use a measuring cup, because I'm type A like that. There are plenty of people that dose to a little less precision, and for them "half a jug" is accurate enough.mmn said:

Ah, see? Knew it was something simple. My jugs are 2.5 gallons (320 oz). I add 20-40 oz a day. Kinda hard to estimate that!
