Pool Heater Vent Cleaning

I have a Raypak pool/spa heater model #P-R406A-EN-C. It was working well but now it stops and the error code is Vent. I was told to clean the vents by vacuuming. I did that but it is still giving the Vent error code. Is there something more I can do on my own??
Pool is 29 by 51 40,000 gals of water.

There's probably a sail switch in the vent stack. Make sure it's operating correctly.

Do you have an indoor or an outdoor vent assembly?
