I'd say it looks like:
Home and Roam Leisure Products.
They, along with their parent company "Eastern
Manufacturing Products", went bankrupt and closed their doors 13 years ago in 2000.
Do you need parts for it? If so, post pics of them, maybe with dimensions, as it may be possible another company's brand will do instead.

Ok thank you!!! Im pretty good at fabricating things, not much i cant do. I plan to post next year my diy geothermal pool chiller, been thinkin bout it, pretty much sprinkler line, and a pump.
Also have plans to use my attic as a water heater for the pool.
