Two part epoxy recomendation

So I have a leek on the side of my fiberglass Haward sand filter. I used JB weld on the inside that worked for about a day. after some quick research i found that i should be using a two part epoxy and fiberglass strips to make the repair. What two part epoxy's would you recomend or use for pool applications? 3m Scotch-Weld? Any recomendations are welcome!

There is a marine epoxy that is designed for water exposure. I think Walmart MIGHT carry it. I see it someplace I shop.
