I'm happy to report the drain/refill did the trick. :-D I really didn't want to drain it again, but everyone said it really was the only way to fix my super high CYA, CC, and Ammonia problem.
I have been diligently following the advise I find on this forum and it has really paid off.
Today's numbers are practically perfect:
FC: 3.0
CC: 0.5
Ph: 7.5
TA: 100
CYA: 30
