Solar Salt

Hi;

We have noticed some itching after swimming recently and are thinking about adding some solar salt.

FC=5
CC=0
PH=7.5-7.6
TA=100
CYA=30-35
CH=350+

Usually add about 45 oz. daily of chlorine.

What is the proper way to add the salt? Pool calculator indicates 250 lbs. for a goal of 1500 ppm.

I just added salt and its great!!! only advice is add half of the 250lbs, swim in it and see if you want to add the rest. Some people can taste different levels of salt while others can not at all.
