This morning my pool was cloudy

I lowered my ph added acid
After an hour its still cloudy and noe has flakes what am i doing wrong. Im not new to this so its ******* me offf. Also my cya is not reading. When i opened the pool i put cya to get to 50 sfter a week and cya gone from the sock still cya reads 0 or less than 20. Is it becz its old cya from last year.
My readings after the hour is

Ta: 80

Cya,20 or less i see the dot doesnt go away
