PH was WAY low, now WAY high

Hello Again! 
So I was able to buy some MA and bring the PH down. Today i'm going to start the process of lowering TA.
I'm not sure if I missed it or not, but what should be the TA # that i'm shooting for?

Hello Again!
I used MA to lower my PH down. I followed the instructions for lowering TA, got it down to 6.8 and started aerating. It has only risen to 7.2. I left the aerator on all night and tested this morning, with the same results. My TA is currently measuring at 170, so it's downa bit from the 200 earlier in the week.
Should I raise my PH with borax? or should I just leave it for a few days and see what happens?
I also need to shock, so would that make a difference as well?

Just keep up the aeration, or to speed things along you can lower the PH again.
You can go ahead and shock, but don't trust PH readings when FC is high.
