New pool start up

Hi Experts,
I am going to drain and refill my pool, what chemicals should I use and how much ?

I have 15,000 gallons chlorine pool , I live in Southern California.

You will, of course need chlorine and CYA. More importantly, you should test your fill water as the pool is filling and post those results.....only then can we tell if you will need to adjust anything else.

Do you already have one of the Recommended Test Kits in hand?

Why are you draining the pool? Are you sure you need to?
