Pool replaster in/around Santa Barbara, CA?

Our pool is long overdue for TLC, the plaster is solid, but breaking up in parts. Looked at epoxy refinish, and am pretty convinced this is a bad idea. I'm looking for any recommendations for contractors in or within working distance of Santa Barbara, CA.
Price is a big factor, as both I and my wife are in semi-retirement (my word for retired, but not by choice!).

I can't help with contractors, but wanted to say that the epoxy paint is indeed a bad choice! Deteriorating plaster won't hurt anything (just looks a bit ugly), so there's no harm in waiting a bit longer if you need to.
