Lube ..

I'm not sure which forum to ask this but this one seems closes to it
I read on this site that someone suggested using Dow corning 111
when I searched for it I get Molykote 111 from Dow corning
but that isn't the product name "lubricant and sealant" suggested.
Is it still safe to use this Molykote 111?

If you are talking about lubricating o-rings, any silicone or teflon based plumbers lube is fine.
