I'm wondering at how many Psi a should backwash my clean pressure is 9psi and just now it's 10.5?

In 2 weeks the psi only went 1 psi higher and it has been running 4 hours a day and vacuuming every 2 days

Don't sweat it. Just keep an eye on the gauge. I look at mine everyday.

The thing is i have been vacuuming almost everyday for the past two weeks and the pressure gauge didn't move an inch and just today it moved to 10 psi
Yea but you started out at 9. You just got enough junk in there to raise it a bit.

If the water is clear, then chillax and don't worry about the pressure

Sounds to me like everything is working fine. Stick your hand in front of the return. Do that after backwashing as well. Keep doing and pretty soon you'll be able to tell when you need backwashing without even looking at the gauge.
Just cleaned the sand filter and wow the water from the waste port was a dark brown.
I cleaned the filter when it had reached 15 psi and the water coming from the return has slowed down drastically,because i want to backwash as little as possible because water here is crazy expensive.
Backwashed till the water in the side glass turned clear and then rinsed for 30 sec,now filter pressure is back at 10psi.
So can i just backwash when it reaches 5psi above the clean pressure our should i do it wen it reaches 25%???

I would not go above 13psi because as you noted, the flow (and thus filtering) starts to dramatically decrease when you get above a 25% increase.
using a cover, to keep debris out. along with a vacuum that utilizes a debris bag will cut down on your having to backwash as often too.
