my flow switch light indicates no flow

my flow switch light indicates no flow...the system is brand new....what is the problem
how do i reset the ligth so it goes off and starts chlorinating

What is the flow switch for?

Is there flow through the plumbing?

Is there enough flow through the plumbing to trip the flow switch?

What is your filter pressure?
