There are many bleach bottles that are advertising a higher concentration than before. For example, a bottle that holds 128 oz. says it is the same concentration as a bottle that holds 182 oz. My question is regarding the pool calcuator. When entering the size of oz. that I'm using for the FC section, what size do I choose........the actual size or the "concentrated size"?

It's a marketing gimmick that saves the manufacturer money on packaging. The total "cleaning power" in the new bottle is the same as the old bottle (less liquid X higher concentration =no change).
For your purposes, use actual concentration on the label and actual jug size.
