How soon to use robot?

Hello,
My pool is being plastered on Saturday...with the 3 times a day brushing I want to purchase a robot to help clean the pool.

I hope to purchase a blue pearl.

How soon can I start using the robot? 24 hours? one week? one month?

The builder say's no brushing or swimming until 24 hours after it is filled.

We are filling with our garden hose...29,000 gallons
