Um, I'm at a loss

Ok, so I passed my overnight test, kept the FC levels at or above shock for more than 3 weeks now, backwash only when needed, checked for channeling, and my water is STILL cloudy. I've run the pump 24/7 now for about 6 weeks. Here are my numbers from this morning:

pH 7.5
FC 13.5 on 8.25% bleach
CC 0.5
TA 110
CH 150
CYA 30

What am I missing? I have added PuriFiber to the filter to help with the little stuff, but it stays milky.

I don't normally recommend it, but it might be time to try some clarifier.

What kind? Should I run my Kreepy Krauly while I do it?

Just make sure that it's clarifier and not flocculent. It's usually clear blue liquid. I'd wait and see if stuff collects on the bottom and then run it.

How about the "natural" stuff HTH sells? Or just stick with the bue stuff?

I don't know anything about the so called "natural" stuff. Since clarifier is hit or miss anyway I'd stick to the blue stuff.
