algae inside lighting unit

hi, i drained 40% of my pool water to lower my cya and i noticed algae inside of the light housing unit, can someone please tell me how to remove it to cleaned before i refill. Don't know the name of the unit but i have a

24' round 11,200 galllon AG vinyl cartride filter

can some tell me how to attached my pool info to my signature, so i won't have to keep typing info. thanks

I can't help with the housing unit, but to create a signature:

Make sure you are logged in
Click on User Control Panel
Click on Profile
Click on Edit Signature
