The lights on panel stay on green, but the cell kicks off and then back on in time. I have a new board and a new cell. Chlorine in my pool is very erratic. Anything else could cause this problem? Almost everything is new!

It's normal for the cell to go on and off at a timed interval based on the percentage that the swg is set to. I. E. If it's set to 50% the cell will be on half of the time and off half of the time. The on/off time is based on a set length of time, but I don't remember what it is.
