I installed a Auto Pilot Dig 220 with a SC 60 cell , two years ago. Really made my maintenance easier and chemical fluctuation with Ph and Alk less frequent. It's been great !! But I am getting calcium buildup on the plates. I just cleaned them 2 weeks ago and they look like this now ImageUploadedByTapatalk1372956950.351275.jpg[/attachment:1ic8e4t3]

This is the other side : what's the blue stuff ??ImageUploadedByTapatalk1372956985.500206.jpg[/attachment:1ic8e4t3]

TFT test kit numbers :

FC 4
Alk 80
PH 7.4
Calcium Hardness 100

That doesn't look like calcium, and your numbers indicate that there is next to no chance of calcium scaling inside the SWG (unless the PH somehow got astronomically high).

Unfortunately, I'm stumped (unless CH is much higher than indicated).

Hi Sean ,
No heater in the pool. I did use some HTH algae guard 3x concentrate in the pool at the beginning of June, here are the ingredients :
