Have a new aquarite AQR t9 salt system.....

New to forum. Have a new aquarite AQR t9 salt system. Hooked it up and worked ok. Came back from vacation and the power, check salt and inspect cell lites were the only ones on. The LCD reads:

Before I left the salt PPM was about 3400 a little high but was running ok. Now the PPM IS Zero. Have not contacted Hayward because of the holiday(4th July). Was hoping was something simple. Dread dealing with the manufacturer.

This site reminds me of the farmall cub site. Very helpfull.

Have you tried powering it down and back up to see if it resets itself?

That could also be caused by a loose cell cord connection.
