Yes it will. You may have to find adapters to connect to your existing hoses, but no reason you can't use that SWG with your pool. Whether or not it's chlorine output is sufficient for your pool I cannot say. But I am thinking it is.
It will work. It may even come with the hose adapters needed. If not, you can buy them from Intex. Or if you have hard plumbing, you could also make your own adapter. See this thread. I suggest unplugging the copper bars. Given your pool size, you would need to run it about 5-6 hours per day.
