New AG pool owner. What to do after pool is full?

We upgraded from our ring top intex and bought a used 18' above ground pool. I used the BBB with the intex and never had a problem with my pool water. I'm nervous now having a big girl pool and honestly I don't know where to start. Do I shock the pool at first like I did with the intex pool. Should I just check the water levels to see what needs to be added? I'm kind of lost.

Yes. Full test results first. That way we/you know where you are starting from so you can get valid directions to get to your destination.

All you are treating is more water. If you had huge successes with the Intex, you will have the same with this pool, especially if you purchase the recommended test kit to make it so much easier! :-D

If you had BBB success with the Intex, the bigger pool will be easier.
