New to BBB...look out bleach isle I'm comin'

Just got my TF test kit. Here's my first set of numbers..

FC- 5
CC-1.5
TA - 90
CH -150
CYA 50-60 (first two readings)
pH- 7.2

Per pool school, based on the CC I need to be in shock process so per the calculator I am off to get some bleach. Based on the guide I think I'm fine not adjusting the pH until after process is over and all others are pretty much in line although CYA may be a little on high side.

Any other recommendations getting started? Does it make sense to do overnight chlorine loss test in day 1?

When the water is clear and you're getting .5 or less CC, then worry about the overnight test.
