First...so glad I found this forum. I am on year 2 of Intex Easyset 15'x48". Started SWG and larger pump this year. learning BBB for this pool before putting in the inground next year. So here goes: FC 0.5, pH 7.8, TA 100, CH 50, CYA 40. Want to add bleach to raise FC and a small amount of Muriatic acid to lower pH a little. Which should I do first and can I do them one after other or wait in between.

I'd add the bleach first, wait 30 minutes and then add the MA, wait 30 minutes and retest the pH and FC. If it's where you want it, go swimming.
