Pool is milky cloudy

"Low" and "OK" doesn't tell us anything. We will need actual numbers from your own test kit to help you. You will need either the K-2006 or TF-100, which can be found in my signature. With that being said, you will probably need to follow the shock process, which is also linked to in my signature.

Those "lows" don't mean much, Can you post actual test results? But if PH is low, you can aererate it. If FC is low, you can add bleach. Get CYA to 30 or so. See the chlorine/cya chart in pool school to match your FC levels to it and run the pump 24/7 to see if it clears any.
