I am new here. I just bought a house with a pool I never wanted, but now I like. Still trying to figure out the wizardry of pool chemistry, but the pool school area has been super helpful. I am already up to my 3rd test kit, having gone thru the strips and finding I couldn't read them, then getting a DPD (k-1004) kit which wont read FC high enough to shock, and finally a k-2006 that is on its way now. I only wish I had found this place before listening to the "pool store guys". This place is great, and the info is perfect for noobs like myself!
