I added enough chlorine to bring the level up to 10-11. The CC went from 1 to 0. Yes the water is still a little cloudy, but I figured the filter needed some time to clear the rest of the way. I can do a chlorine loss test tonight, but I thought lowering the CC was the goal and I'm still adding CYA thru a sock so it's taking a little time also. I knew it was not going to clear immediatly.
