how long are reagents good for?

Using TF100 test kit from last year i was getting CYA reading of around 40, when i ran out of reagents i had my water tested at Leslie's and got a CYA reading of 30. I ordered new reagents for the test kit and the first test with the reagents was CYA of 65.

All readings were within 5 days.

Should i assume 65 is the right number?

Did no draining of pool or added any cherms other than bleach.

The CYA reagents are inert, so should last a long time ... in fact most of the reagents "should" last a couple years if they are stored in a cool dark place.

{I have a 3 year old TF100, where all the tests still give basically the same results as my 3 month old TF100}
