Polaris Pump Wiring Diagram

Hi Guys, I have learned a lot by visiting this forum and now need a specific kind of help. I'm rewiring my Polaris Pool Pump Motor (Century 1081, Part# 8-142777-21,Ser# BB11, Cat# B625) from 115vac and want to use 230vac. The paper diagram inside the motor cover is unreadable and was wondering if anyone has that diagram or knows in what arrangement the wires should be for 230vac service? I think this document has the label reproduced.

Upper left of page one is a reproduction of the motor label with the power data and wiring diagram for 110 and 220. Wiring is likely the same for all motors of the same brand.
